The Parties wish to enter into good faith negotiations in order to setup a Collaboration related to

Drones/UAV, aerospace, defense and industrial Products & Services and addressing specific sectors

to be provided to the final customer for the following products and services: Drones/UAV’s, Defense sectors, System engineering, Software development.

PA offers a unique set of products providing integrated and networked unmanned aerial and ground systems for dynamic military and commercial applications.

PEACH C&D are participated the International Aerospace and Defense Exhibition (ADEX 2023), booth No. F500 & F500-1 on October 17-22, 2023 at Seoul Airport. PEACH exhibit the products of

1. Drone/UAS systems; Various Multicopters, VTOL Fixed and Rotary wings, Long-range/endurance Tactical Drone and New era of VTOL Drone Technology.

2. Aerospace Avionics; Various parts and units including software package

3. Multi-purpose Ground Support Equipment(GSE, ATE & STE) & MRO:  Supportable and Valid &Verification software for Various Drone/UAS, Aircrafts, Vehicles and Vessels.
